"Another fabulous stay here with the wife. We love the location, the vibe and general feeling of space around the site. Depending on how we get on at the airport heading home (very slow on arrival with the new electronic security checks) i’m sure we’ll be ‘rocking’ back up here again soon…"

"Enjoyed my stay, but it seems ludicrous that to get to my room with luggage i had to get the lift from reception (3rd floor) up to 4th floor then walk halfway around the hotel to another lift to go down to the 2nd floor ( where my room is)"

"Reception staff were rude, pressured us to pay additional fees which were not incurred. Sadly this totally ruined an otherwise faultless experience "

"Room was amazing and the staff are brilliant. Only reservation is the Bed and Pillow Selection. Both have slightly let down the otherwise off the chart experience. The pillows are all very hot potentially due to 100% artificial (polyester I believe) filling and the mattress was so hard, it literally gave hard back due to its hardness. Maybe a pillow top on top of the mattress would have been better but hey ho. Other than that, very amazing stay and experience. My 2+ enjoyed the most !"
