Noi Casa Atacama

"Excellent location Good size rooms Excellent food )dinner) at their restaurant Some staff at the reception were not so helpful (deadline for ordering takeout breakfast was 8 pm, we got back at 9 pm the receptionist said, you are too late for ordering breakfast. I said, OK tomorrow morning please put a couple of fruits for us to have AFTER we get from our early morning tour. She said NO! I said, but the buffet will be there, just put a couple of things in a bag for us…she refused….!!!!) No tea making facilities in the rooms No one to help with suitcases We emailed them in advance and they arranged shared airport transfers, all on time."

"The hotel had a unique two-level layout, with the bed on a lofted top level and a small room with a bathroom below. The internet was good, but unfortunately, the staff didn’t speak much English. Also, the biggest downside was that it was pretty cold downstairs, while it was warm upstairs."

"Staff very helpful and friendly, although no English. Happy to converse using translation tools. Swimming pool was closed due to it being winter, which I didn’t reslise when I booked. A couple of times there was no water, no electricity and no wifi, but staff worked to resolve the issue. Breakfast was very good and there was free tea, coffee and iced drinking water available all day. I didn’t have supper at the hotel but did have some drinks at the bar by the open fire which was welcoming and warm."

"The hotel is a very nice eco friendly hotel indeed with quite nice amenities. The hotel at times is hard to find given the roads that lead into it aren’t easy to navigate. The staff at times aren’t there at reception but overall quite a good stay indeed for the price and note that the area around the property has no shops so you have to ensure u have a car. The property also has cats and dogs on property which for animal lovers like us is really nice experience too interacting with them."
