"Rooms are a tad hard to close, housekeeping accidentally left our room unlocked and open, you couldn’t really tell but my 6 year old ran to our room when returning in the afternoon and the door was open. We came while housekeeping was there so we know they were last ones there. We also didn’t get new bottles of water every day. Everything else was great. Just be weary about closing the doors firmly. "

"Check-in was smooth and room was ready & clean, atmosphere was great throughout both by the pools & night time at the bar with the band. ONLY issue we had was pool towels were a hit an miss when needed but we got by."

"The Sand Rose BR was well situated, clean and the staff was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The included breakfast was very good ( they also have a Starbucks in the main lobby) and the Ola beach / poolside cafe has very good food / happy hour ! My only negative is the quality of their bed pillows… old , lumpy hard and small ! If like me you value a good comfortable rest after a full day of beach and outdoor activities, then you will value the quality of your pillows !! Anyway, besides this hiccup, I will recommend this Resort for a good family weekend! "

"Super bad experience with the property, the room smelled like dead fish and they just gave me a febreeze. my reservation was canceled when i got to the hotel and hotels.com helped me. "

"Staff is friendly , pool was warm and the height is family friendly , we had a great time there, rooms were clean and coffe was good, has small microwave and refrigerator I loved that . "
