"The property is not as advertised. I was assigned a different apartment at check-in than the one I selected at booking. There were no paper towels provided, and not enough towels and shower amenities to last 1 week. The check-in process at the unit itself was easy, however, it was extremely difficult to get ahold of the property prior to arrival - it required being very proactive and contacting Expedia support. The property is also filthy outside. I would not recommend anyone stay here."

"The property management is really good. Very clean place. Only thing is that the property doesn't have air conditioner . It was very hot during the day. Luckily the temperature drops at night so it gets better. The view to the lake is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook as far as utensils and pots. "

"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."
