Penthouse (attic), absolutely quiet house, elevator, living room and two bedrooms, 67 m2 with large terrace, view, 3 minutes walk from the beach and the Avenida with its restaurants, cafes and shops. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop. In addition to the modern and Mediterranean furnishings, the special feature is the approx. 12 m2 terrace with a view of Puerto Naos, the sea and the southern tip of La Palma. Sea, beaches, infrastructure, bus connection at your feet, parking in front of the house.

Description of Puerto Naos:

The only thing about Puerto Naos is that it is the only place on the sunny side of the island, next to Tazacorte-Puerto, which is just above the sea. A few years ago, the avenue was beautifully laid out like a pedestrian street with good restaurants and cafes with beach access. In Puerto Naos you have everything: close to the sea, the mountains, restaurants and cafes, shops, sports facilities, paragliding, mountain biking, diving, good races for runners and hikers. It is ideal for relaxing, but not too lonely. Due to the proximity to the sea, you sleep very well, a quality that I have learned to appreciate very much.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, leider tagsüber sehr laut
Vorweg: Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung im großen und ganzen genossen und die drei Sterne wären zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt sicher auch vier oder sogar fünf geworden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sah genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war gut und unkompliziert. Daher hätten wir der Wohnung eigentlich gerne 5 Sterne gegeben, vor allem zu diesem Preis. Aber: Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts (Ende Juli/Anfang August 2019) eine große Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus (es scheint eine Art Busbahnhof zu entstehen). Die eigentlich sehr schöne Dachterrasse konnten wir deshalb im Grunde nicht nutzen. Selbst mit Ohropax waren die Bagger und der Generator so laut, dass man dort einfach nicht sitzen wollte. Daher haben wir auf der Terrasse die Wäsche aufgehängt und ansonsten die Terrassentür zu gelassen. Hinzu kommt noch die Lage direkt am Kreisverkehr, durch den jeder fahren muss, der in den Ort möchte. Da es dort sehr steil ist, müssen alle immer mit sehr hohen Drehzahlen fahren und der Verkehrslärm ist nicht zu unterschätzen. Die Schlafzimmer sind allerdings zum Innenhof gelegen, so dass man nachts dennoch sehr gut schlafen kann. Vom Lärm abgesehen ist die Lage natürlich sehr schön, man ist in fünf Minuten am Strand und den Bars und Restaurants. Außerdem befindet sich nur etwa eine Minute entfernt ein kleiner Spar-Supermarkt, den man für den täglichen Bedarf gut nutzen kann.
