"The hotel itself is attractive, the staff are excellent and the food is very good. The room we were given was more or less as shown in the photos though smaller than it appeared. It was a tight for 3 people and there was no place to sit and relax inside the room other than on your bed and the lighting there was not great. Although there is a gorgeous little private deck off the room, I was unable to use it because the mosquitos were so bad. However, my main complaint is with the listing itself....

"Wonderful experience! The hotel is located near Minca but in itself is so amazing. We could spend the day there and just enjoying all the activities. The pool, the viewpoint, the cascade and all the birds around it's so amazing. "
