"Our stay at the Durango RV Park was great! Our cabin was right on a canal but somehow there weren't a ton of bugs. My kids loved playing in the pool! There were other activities as well, we just didn't get around to doing them. The staff was very helpful and everything was ready for us when we got there. It was super helpful having the small refrigerator and a grill on our deck. Everything was great and I would definitely stay there again."

"Everything was clean, quiet, and welcoming for four, soaked hikers coming in off the Purgatory trailhead returning from Chicago Basin. Breakfast was better than expected and included hot items. A laundry was available so we could start getting our soaked items washed to avoid mildew, and the staff was *super* helpful and friendly. Topped off with some fresh made mountain thunder lemonade in the lobby before heading to the airport. Would stay here again."
"A nice spot about 20 minutes from Durango. Very clean but could use a bit of updating the rooms and property. We will return. Beautiful distant mountain views on a clear am and this barn."
Cozy Cabin on Florida River- 15 mins from Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"We arrived right on schedule. The directions provided were great. It’s a great small neighborhood, quiet and you immediately hear the water just steps from the back deck. There’s a hammock (didn’t try it) the deck has seats and a table with four chairs to the side. Great sitting in the morning drinking coffee and watching the water bounce against the rocks. The cabin has everything you need (minus pepper) but we made do. Comfortable furniture, a hideaway bed and a big master bedroom. It has one bathroom but it worked just fine. There’s a separate cabin right next to it with two twin beds and a half bath (toliet and sink only). It was great for midday naps. This cabin currently doesn’t have a way of locking it from the inside so I wasn’t comfortable sleeping in there, but the owner plans to change that. The decor was nice. Full size table, all the amenities you need. Washer and dryer is available but we didn’t use it. Modern features. We didn’t lack anything and would definitely return. Hosts are awesome.I would recommend copying and pasting the instructions prior to arrival so you can log into the WiFi. Otherwise you may not be able see access information. We truly enjoyed our time here and I believe that anyone who stays will too."
