Hotel restaurant has a limited menu for children, so if you're after chicken nuggets for example, you need to book as half board or full board, as that's a different menu! It was about an hour's bicycle ride to the centre from the hotel and 20 mins in taxi :)"

"I lost my passport in the taxi between the airport and the hotel, the staff just got me checked in and then contacted the taxi company and the driver drove back with my passport. I booked the driver for the run to the airport the next day and paid him the fare for bringing back my passport. If it wasnt for the hotel staff my holiday would have been over then and there"
