We were delayed on our flight arriving 4th Sept and didn’t arrive at the apartment until 00:15am. "The appartment is very tired and is in quite poor condition which is a shame because it could be really nice. Its up two flights of stairs and there is no lift. The balcony is in a nice position and overlooks the golf course. There isn't any air conditioning and the free standing fans were thick with dust so didn't really want to use even though it was really warm that weekend and humid at night. The flooring in the kitchen area is in poor condition and has a large patch which is just concrete....

"Nice modern property. Felt like a safe area and apartment was safe for little ones. Pool was brilliant for small children as it was fully enclosed and was close to the property. It's beneficial to have a car when staying here to access local restaurants and shops. On a side note we did experience some issues which we will discuss with the owners."

One thing I will say is, unfortunately, not a lot of sun on the balcony, but we stayed at the beginning of June, so this could be different high summer.
