"Many stairs, but that provides the elevation to see the ocean from the house. We walked to the beach (parking in the state park lot requires a fee and is usually full), but with all houses in Oceanside, you have a hill to climb to return. Bedding was comfortable. The unit has both a shower and a tub (with shower). The hot tub was hot and clean upon arrival. The upper deck could use some outdoor furniture so as to enjoy sitting outside when warm enough. Good value for the price."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unparalleled setting and enjoyable comfortable quaint space; the home could benefit from a bit more pride of ownership. With a few upgrades, "luxe", and thoughtfulness of space the home and whole experience could really be superb. Nevertheless, if your not looking for a large home like most found in the neighborhood this is a great option and I plan to return."
