"My son and I stayed here on a visit to see my daughter. The place was perfect with a pull out couch bed. The unit is very clean and well appointed. The rooftop pool is a fun place to hang out and cool off. We could easily walk to downtown, the river walk, and Rainey Street bars and restaurants. The view from the unit is amazing. Would definitely stay here again."

"There were some communication errors with the vacasa staff. Twice, our room card expired and had to get new ones. Lots of construction in the area at present so be aware of that. "New condo building has a nice Live, Work and Play vibe, with a coffee/cocktail bar in the lobby and rooftop pool overlooking the river and downtown. Condo setup with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on either side of the living room and kitchen area worked well for our group of two couples."

If brining a vehicle, valet parking attendees were awesome but $40/day plus tip seems steep & there was never any available street parking in evening. Just something to consider when budgeting cost of trip. Close drive to all the BBQ places my husband had planned."
