"We really enjoyed the venue and absolutely loved the house – it’s in a great location. The annex could do with a little attention: the boiler went off affecting the hot water, so we had to reset it, and there were a few woodlice in the shower. If the annex hasn’t been used for a while, it might be worth checking these things before guests arrive. Aside from that, everything was perfect and we would definitely book again."

"Parking easy. Perfect location for the beach and dunes. Very comfortable and well appointed. Welcome pack lovely but could have done with a pint of milk. Shop nearby so not a deal breaker!!"

"The chalet was exactly as the photos showed. It has been beautifully refurbished and is a really nice place to relax and unwind. The beds are comfortable and the shower is powerful (great after long walks). The owners are very nice and helpful and you can see how they take pride in their chalet by how they look after and present the place. Hemsby beach is walkable from the chalet but the area is best explored if you have a car. Definitely recommended and we would stay again if we came back to the area in the future."

"The only problem with the chalet was the beds they need new mattresses, the double bed you roll into the middle, so had poor sleep and woke up in pain."

"Very nice quiet and comfortable good place to stay. Only one problem my wife and mum had that was they couldn't reach the on and off switch on shower Only being 4 foot 10 took me a while getting used to the vibro app never had to use before but i am of a certain age. Will return again many thanks to Angela "
