"What a relaxing, wonderful stay. The team were so friendly and helpful. There are some lovely touches. One thing we missed was not having breakfast in a restaurant, here it’s lovely but room service each day. We will be back!"

"We stayed 5 days at The Grand Hotel Victoria Concept & Spa. It was THE most incredible stay that we have ever had at a hotel! The staff is amaing, the spa is mind blowing and our room was immacualte. "

"An excellent hotel, very well maintained, right on the lake and next to the ferry terminal. The breakfasts are particularly superb and the dining options are very good indeed. Plenty of helpful bar and dining staff. Only minor criticisms are: - tourist advice at the front desk. Certainly they try to help but are generally very very busy. While everywhere else is, if anything, overstaffed the front desk is understaffed. - no turndown service to the bedrooms and a small complementary chocolate - a Nespresso coffee machine in the rooms!"
