"Had the most perfect week at La T! The house is beautiful and the most equipped place I think we have ever stayed. Our 2 teenage boys managed to keep themselves happily entertained for the whole week The pool is fab and the sun loungers, sofas and tables make for perfect afternoons and evenings in the sun. "We had a fantastic 2 weeks here. The whole purpose of our holiday was to unwind, which we did very successfully. The house is very spacious with every amenity you could wish for. "Not as advertised! The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Those are the only good things I can say. I checked in late at night and had to return to reception to ask for towels because there were none at all in the room. Air conditioning did not work and when I went back to reception again and asked for a different room the receptionist told me that no rooms in the entire hotel had functioning air con. It's a budget hotel and I didn't expect luxury but I do expect the room to be as advertised and the lack of air conditioning is unforgivable. I was likewise unimpressed that neither of the two receptionists I spoke to could speak English even though the hotel is advertised to have multilingual staff with English specifically mentioned. It's the false advertising I object to, not the actual absence of language skills. I've complained to Expedia but they tell me if could take months to correct the way the place is advertised."
