"I was really excited to stay at this property. It looks so nice! However the beautiful new building is situated in a very rough area of DC. We arrived in the late afternoon and a party was just getting started next door. Medium sized crowd, loud music with strong bass line. I ordered some DoorDash and the driver got out, looked at me, looked around, and asked "Are you okay?" But I was still hopeful that everything would be fine. It wasn't. The party went until nearly 4am with escalating yelling...

"I will say the owner was very responsive to our needs. Getting there the first night there was no internet or TV working and everything was closed so there wasn't much to do. Also there is a lot of windows in the place which is nice, but if you wake up with light then you need to bring some eye coverings as it was bright at 5 am.I just felt the description of the location and place wasn't what we got. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the metro, but you have to walk through a Home Depot...
