"Wir waren auf der Durchfahrt von der Schweiz an die Ostsee und haben im Hotel Fuchsbau übernachtet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Besitzerehepaar ist sehr nett und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Die Karte war begrenzt, aber mehr als die Forellen aus der eigenen Zucht brauchte es für uns auch nicht. Diese waren hervorragend zubereitet.
