"This is a beautiful property. While I did not stay inside the castle my suite had charm. It had the most interesting design on the ceiling I heard it had been done by local residents using their fingers in the spackling. The restaurant on site is quaint with delicious food and friendly wait staff. There were a few things in my suite that needed attention ( no vent in the bathroom) it seemed as if the switch was broken. "We really enjoyed this unit. It has a really neat walk way bridge to get from the parking area to the unit. The unit itself was very well built and felt very safe (standing 20 or 30 feet off the ground), clean and accommodating. The gas fire place was nice and produced a lot of nice heat. The bed and bathroom was comfortable. The kitchen had a microwave and refrigerator and utensils. Park Street Pizza in Sugarcreek is our favorite place to sit down or take out!!"

"The location is very convenient being close to Berlin and Millersburg. The downside is traffic noise and less than considerate neighbors. Loud banging and yelling in the middle of the night both nights. It's visually secluded but with close neighbors that you can hear, you won't escape typical neighborhood sounds. Dogs, mowers, leaf blowers.... Before I get nit-picky... It's a nice place. We did enjoy our visit and did not let these things make it a bad experience. Our unit needed maintenance....

"Wonderful property. Stayed with family. Lobby was really nice with a wonderful coffee machine with lots of options including hot chocolate, and ice cold water. Children's area was a hit with the grandkids. Pool and hot tub very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Theater room with 2 nightly movies was a bonus. The only downside is that we were not in the main building and had to walk to everything at the far opposite end of the building we were in, including breakfast, pool, kid's area, and theater. For future visits we will make sure to be in the main building. "
