"Wonderful place to be based for a trip to Ireland. Loved the private beach, the views of the lake, fishing on the lake, and of course the donkeys! Enjoyed lots of days out around Mayo and Sligo. Mary was a lovely host! Highly recommend the venue as place to enjoy in and of its self as well as base to go exploring! "

"Cozy cottage in the Irish countryside everything you need. Great walking lanes, birds, sheep and cow's, flowers growing in the hedgerows, kids are free to play in the fields very little traffic just open the door and let them roam free. 15 minutes from the main town of Sligo which has great shopping and grocery stores. We definitely made some great memories here. And Mary the owner is very sweet. We made a mistake on our booking and there was no problem staying an extra night. 5g WiFi so my wife could do some remote work. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to escape the rat race. Definitely do some shopping before you arrive to get some things to put in the fridge no stores close."
