"We stayed for night, Overall a good clean hotel, but check in experience was weird! Only one staff member on reception. The booking software didn't seem to be working. We were given the wrong key (access card) which let us into a room already occupied, thankfully the guests weren't there, just their open luggage, but this could have been incredibly embarrassing.
Moar hotel needs to urgently review its check in process and staffing levels on Saturday afternoons. As their check in software allows guests access to other guests rooms it needs to be replaced."
