I arrived pretty late and I was the last one to check in, the lady who assisted me was polite and helpful. My room was smart and warm. By the way parking was a breeze, didn't struggle to get space. Nice overnight stay in friendly hotel.

Booked a double and twin room. Twin room had more recently been refurnished, furniture in double was a bit tired. Both rooms were lovely and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was a good choice of hot drinks.

The bed was so uncomfortable, sitting on the bed and you end up sitting on the base Not keen on the glass bathrooms , some things are meant to be discreet no privacy in the bathroom

Main aim was sleep - terrible experience

Pros: Staff were great, bar was good. Room large, shower great. Cons: Mattress was collapsed in the middle, I slept half the night on the floor, other half with pillows under the mattress. ALL doors had aggressive springs and no sound softening so they all slammed with a bang(ours slammed even when closed it carefully).
