"A perfect early summer stay during our tour of Queens Coast! Simply loved the property, which was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Enjoyed just hanging out in the breeze and watching the water (and waterfowl!). The location allowed us to walk a few minutes down the road to the gorgeous Summerville Beach, while Liverpool and Thomas Raddall Park were a quick drive away! Finally, two hours after check in time, the manager informed us that this home was no longer a rental and we would need to find other accommodations. He blamed VRBO for not taking down the listing. VRBO did refund the entire cost rather quickly. "
