"The stay started out good. The staff was great. When we got there I looked under sheet and it seemed fine. During the night we started itching. When we got up there was a big bed bug on the top of the cover. We told staff and they said they would handle it and shut the room down to treat. Left out of their paranoid, we have been lucky to never stay at a room with them until now."

"It was a very busy weekend and we stayed for one night only. The air conditioning in our room did not work properly overnight and it was very difficult to sleep due to the heat. The bathroom in the hotel could definitely have been much cleaner."

"We came during a baseball tournament weekend and so the hotel was packed. We were given the wrong room at check in. We booked a double queen (we had 3 people) were given a room with 1 queen bed. Then when we went down to the deck they gave us a new room, went to it and there is still only one bed, but a king this time. Went back to the desk they said they had no other rooms for that night, but should for the next night. So we agreed to make do. (They compt us a breakfast.) returned to our room...
