We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a great location close to downtown, which made exploring the area so easy. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. A thoughtful touch we really appreciated was the snacks and drinks available upon arrival—such a welcoming gesture. Overall, this place was an excellent value and made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here for our long weekend exploring Louisville and the Bourbon Trail! There was plenty of room for four adults and we found plenty of fun places to eat and drink within walking distance of the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would happily stay here again!

The neighborhood seemed transitional, but it was quiet and there was a nice cafe a couple of blocks away. The house itself was great! Very clean, small outside area, and I loved the neighborhood cats!
The house was perfect for our group of 4 ladies. It was a great location. Communication with James was perfect. We loved all the small touches, especially the makeup wipes and coffee!
Had a wonderful stay with siblings from 4 states who converged in Louisville for a mini reunion. We enjoyed sightseeing downtown, lots of great food and The Bourbon Trail. 4th of July was fun too and we didn't have to leave the sidewalk.

Great property for our December visit to see family and friends. Ample space for 2 adults and 2 children. Property was as described and the communication with the host was timely and precise. There was also plenty of street parking which can be an issue in some Louisville neighborhoods. Would definitely recommend.
We had a wonderful stay! This home was perfect. It was exactly as described in the listing. The communication with our host was wonderful, even before our trip began; and, our host provided everything we could possibly require. The beds were comfortable; and, there was so much to do, even when it rained. One thing unique about our stay was that our host offered a personal chef (Peg Guggliotta), which we highly recommend. The experience was fun and her food is 5 stars.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean with more amenities than we could have hoped for. We could have walked most places if the weather had been warmer. Minutes from everything. Very safe neighborhood and the owner was very prompt with all communications. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Louisville. 10/10
Lovely home. Clean, comfortable & convenient. Appreciated the bottled water, snacks & toiletries. Host is very communicative & willing to assist. The only suggestion is use of a combination lock instead of a key.
We had a great stay at James' place. Very well decorated and stocked with everything necessary. There were four of us and we had plenty of room, four beds. I would bring earplugs or a sound machine....the house is a little close to the train tracks and some large trees in the wind, but those are so minor i hesitate ti even mention it. Loved our stay and would absolutely pick this place again.
The house was lovely! The host was exceptionally thoughtful. Our only complaint is that the house is located near a frequented freight railroad line. If you are a sound sleeper then don't let this detour you. And if you are a light sleeper - bring earplugs ;) The neighborhood is so cute and within walking distance of tasty food, fun shopping, and of course, good bourbon.
Four of us stayed at a James Wallace rental for the second year. A different residence with the same quality service. Checkin couldn’t have been easier.We chose ParisTown Point this year. Wiltshire Pantry and The Cafe were an easy walk from the home and both delish! Centrally located to all the places we went to each day. Perfect size for us! Thank you ! We are so happy to be repeat renters and look forward to next year
