OF NOTE: The 2nd bedroom is the front area of the apartment which includes -1 queen sofa bed in the living room, armoire(sheets and pillows inside), full bathroom with step in shower. This area can be separated by a door acting as 2nd private bedroom when needed and each bedroom area has a private exterior door to get in and out.

Beautiful house in convenient location. Excellent overall.

We are traveling with another couple and spent 3 nights in Louisville at this gem. Very well appointed, clean and exactly as advertised. Very roomy and comfortable home-away-from-home. Very easy setup and communications and parking our rental car out front was never a problem at all. Communication with the owner was prompt, even when we did something stupid and needed some assistance.

Comfy and Super Clean!

Thank you for a great place to stay while we were in Louisville. The location is close to everything, the beds are comfy and the upstairs/downstairs was perfect for 2 couples.

Another great stay in Louisville

This was our second stay at this VRBO. Spent lots of time grilling and sitting in the backyard. When we ran out of gas in the grill, Karen promptly had tank replaced. Thank you! Walked three blocks to Paristown for live outdoor, free music twice. Local art fair also happening. Look forward to spending time again in this VRBO. FYI, Steps required to enter VRBO.

Quiet and clean

Family from MN and MI joined Louisville family for a fantastic four-day stay at this two-level, two full living quarters VRBO. Very quick responses by the hosts. The location is perfect for walking to Paristown Christmas Market, Wiltshire bakery, and many restaurants on Bardstown Road. Nice cooking appliances in the kitchen and gas grill in a welcoming backyard. Will happily return.

Can’t wait to go back to Louisville

Karen & Ken’s place was positively perfect! We had such a great time exploring Louisville for 4 days and were so happy going ‘home’ to such a comfy place each night. We cooked breakfast in the well equipped kitchen one morning - that was a lil bonus! Hopefully next time we visit it will be a bit warmer as we didn’t get to take advantage of the great backyard!

We needed a place to stay in Louisville so we could visit the bourbon trail. The location was just perfect to downtown where we picked up our tours. Well furnished property with plenty of towels, pillows kitchen items. We also were there during some very hot days and even the upstairs was nice and cool. Very clean and great decor. Hosts were very attentive!

Just as described and pictured. Very clean, loved the two separate apartments that connect. Well layed out. Nice decor (much nicer than our relative's rentals!). Very convenient location...close resturants, coffee shops, Bardstown businesses. Plenty of parking.

Close to everything!

Location was perfect for easily getting to Churchill Downs, NuLu, restaurants, etc. perfect property for our girls trip with, in essence, two complete living spaces. Would also be great for 2 couples vacationing together. Enjoyed our coffee on the back patio in the mornings. Also appreciated the abundant linens, coffee, and other kitchen staples. Karen was very responsive to my questions and the property was very clean. Definitely recommend a stay in the cute Germantown home!
