Centrally Located Home in Louisville

  • We are very proud of our smaller home boasting a big personality with its cozy amenities that it offers so that our guest can truly enjoy their stay with no worries.

    This is a shotgun style home which means that you enter through the open-front porch area into the living room & the home goes straight back with one hallway & an one bedroom in between. Very typical of the age & style of this Schnitzelberg neighborhood.

    It is on street parking & most times parking close to the home is no problem.

    Other things to note
    No steps other than the one step from the stoop leading into the home.
    The home is located just blocks from the University and during the weekdays you will notice foot traffic from the students walking to the campus.
