The man at the front desk was excellent. Helpful. Pleasant and genuine. TV didn't work in my original room due to cable issues and i ended up having to move. Not the worse thing - but pointing it out as it seemed to be a chronic issue with the cable company.

Overall the hotel was great and the staff friendly and helpful. The only thing I thought could be improved on was the breakfast. It was never hot, the quality of the produce wasnt great and had to use plastic cutlery and paper plates! Definitely room for improvement.

The rooms are nice but the service was bad. We stayed a week and had to go after towels 3 times. The last time there weren't enough to go around. It wasn't just us because the guy ahead of me took the last towels available. Their breakfast was really good though.
