We had a great stay. The rooms were nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff were super friendly and accommodating for us convention go-ers. Cant beat the location either as it’s right next to the convention center and street live.

The staff was lovely and very accommodating. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. The beds were so comfortable that I wanted to take them home with me. We really enjoyed the bread pudding at the breakfast buffet, use of the pool, and it was so convenient having a Starbucks located inside. Would absolutely book again.

Our stay was okay. Staff was pleasant and rhe outside patio was nice. But the door to our room would not latch without being yanked closed. Two times after the room was cleaned, the house keepsers did not close the door fully so the room was left unlocked and open for anybody to go win by simply pushing the door open.

It is a beautiful hotel with very kind and helpful staff. My only disappointment was that the pool wasn't available during my stay. I just wish that I would have known in advance. Sway restaurant has good food and excellent service.

Amazing rooms, comfortable King beds, loved the views from my room, and the replenishment daily of coffee and water. Hotel gym had a great selection of weights, weightlifting, machines, and cardio equipment. I also love that the Starbucks was connected directly to the hotel. We did eat breakfast at the restaurant once, it was just OK. It wasn’t great for the price. Otherwise, the hotel itself was gorgeous and the rooms were quiet.

The location and staff were good, but the room cleaning was disappointing. There was trash on the bedroom floor for all three days of my stay, and it looked like the floor was not swept or cleaned properly. Housekeeping needs improvement.
