10 minutes from Churchill Downs!! Wonderful, well-located Cape Cod home close to everything in Louisville! 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms both with Queen-sized beds, 1 nursery, cozy living room area, large eat-in kitchen, outdoor patio with seating for 10 people, and a hot tub! Less than 1 minute drive to access major interstates. We are 8 minutes from the Louisville airport, 10 minutes from downtown Louisville, and close to lots of malls, shops and restaurants in the St. Matthews area!
