I never made it to stay here here but when Expedia and Delta wouldn't help, the staff here went above and beyond, I was a basket case when i talked to Kelsey but she calmly talked me down, and took care of the unused booking in a matter of minutes. Every staff member I've talked to there was kind and helpful and it was extremely appreciated.

Clean and Convenient.

The facility was bright and inviting. Our room was clean and comfortable. We lost power in the middle of the night due to a terrible storm. No effort was made to let us know when it could be restored. When we checked in, we had to disturb the front desk clerk to help us. He was sitting outside on his phone.

Pleasantly surprised!

When I realized this was a budget Hilton I was a tad concerned, but it was just fine! The bed was very comfortable and the staff was sper friendly. I did not have breakfast but would stay there again

Good Motel for the Price

It was a good hotel. Kind of featureless on the outside. European style decor inside and in the rooms. Had to scout for a cup for water in the room. Rooms were clean and quiet. Little kiosk could use some more variety and stock of snacks and beverage. I will say that while their breakfast offering appeared rather stark, the bagels (which were from a bakery in New York through their Sysco company) were quite possibly the best bagels I've come across in the South.

Friendly staff and my room was better than expected. Hotel parking could be a tad bit larger, but to be fair the hotel was sold out so it's probably not a real issue. The Complimentary breakfast is great, ranging from pancakes to donut holes a grab and go coffee. Overall a great hotel experience that won a repeat customer!

Great experience

Very clean, polite and personable staff. The mattresses could use an update, but not horrible. We would definitely stay again. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Convenient location for the activities we were doing. Felt much safer than downtown Louisville.

Staff was friendly and facility was very clean. When we checked in they had just baked a batch of cookies. My kids loved them, they were still warm in the middle. Breakfast had something for everyone in the family. With five of us that is not always an easy task.
