"The room was very clean and clean towels were provided daily. We had a great view of the sea and the harbour. There was a very good range at breakfast. It was birthday whilst I was there and I arrived back to the room to find a complimentary bottle of wine and a large slice of cake, which I thought was such a thoughtful treat. Will happily return to this hotel"

"The hotel is very clean and modern. Our room had a nice view. It's very close to the Aquashow. We were travelling as a group of 3, two adult friends and a ten-year-old child. The 3rd bed in our room was a flop-out chair bed, very unsuitable. This was replaced with a camp bed on wheels, which was, needless to say, also very uncomfortable and unsuitable for an adult. We were allowed to stay on site for the remainder of the day following check out. "

"The hotel is in a great location, however there are many online reviews that claim the sun sets over the sea - it doesn’t. The sunsets were beautiful, but the sun went down over land not sea. The staff were really nice. The hotel had bikes for rent - but when we tried to rent them we were told they weren’t safe snd they were awaiting a new delivery. Not really a problem but why not remove the bike with the sign saying “rent me”? "

"Everything you expect from a 5* hotel. Only thing is it’s a bit out of the way with no local amenities (apart from a new pizzeria nearby) but only a short uber ride to the marina. "

"The hotel and rooms were lovely. The two bed apartment we stayed in was well suited for us with a one year old and had all the amenities we needed. The staff in particular were fantastic. Always proactively trying to help and we’re very friendly."

"The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more like 20-30 mins. This was poor and they should have had more drivers, I wouldn't go again at Easter they are not staffed for it. Additionally I had booked a restaurant reservation at Spikes, I had multiple confirmations but when we got there they didn't have our booking! Luckily the staff are great and Valentina recognised us from last year and looked after us so we had a great time, just small details that could have been better. Overall the villa was gorgeous and we had a lovely time. "
