Fantastic villa in immaculate condition in a great location. We were a group of 8 adults and 1 toddler, the villa is exceptionally spacious and meant we all had enough room and space. Highly recommend!

Great opportunity to bring 3 generations of our family together in one location. Good neighbourhood and lovely pool. The house is large and well fitted. The only issue was a constant barking dog at night in another villa. However the rest of our experience was excellent.

This is a lovely villa in a great location. Marina is easily walkable and the neighbourhood is nice. The pool area is fab, plenty of seating and central areas to spend time together. We used BBQ too and was fab. The communication with host was great prior to arrival and super helpful. Only issue we had was downstairs toilet out of action during our stay. Otherwise a fantastic property, would Def recommend

Stunning villa laid out over 3 floors to an excellent standard. The pool and outside areas were also super clean and has everything we required. The property manager dealt with a minor repair quickly & efficiently. There were 11 of us, 3 generations. Just a €5 5 min Uber took us to the marina, but we often enjoyed the walk. Just perfect!

We have stayed here before and the house is beautiful and perfect location however this time the house was not cleaned pool area was dirty and pool gave the children rashes they have never had it before. The house needs a proper clean as it’s booked all year. Nothing to do with villa but vilamoura needs tidying up

We had such a lovely week away. We were four families with kids from 10 months to 7 yrs old all staying together. The pool was perfect to keep the kids occupied for the mornings before we got our act together to go to the beach in the afternoons. The spar grocery store only a ten min walk away. Perfect stay. Hugely impressed with Villa Marina, from the location to the size of the rooms, the pool and outside seating area. More than comfortable for the 11 of us. Superb communication with Rui and Raquelle, really helpful with checking in/leaving luggage etc. The most wonderful week, we will most definitely return.

My family and I enjoyed this impressive villa. It suited all age ranges and more than enough space for us all to relax and enjoy our time together. We enjoyed cooking leisurely lunches and barbecuing and dining outdoors. The pool was perfect for the children to enjoy swimming and playing games. Ideally located for the teenagers to enjoy a little independence also. A great find.

All was lovely and clean, good service from Amy and Rui and enough room for the 10 of us. Easy to walk to Marina and good location to visit surrounding area. Would have been good to have a basic set of things like salt/pepper etc in the cupboards as had to go and buy these but well stocked with tea/coffe/milk when arrived. Bottles of wine and beer were a really nice touch too

The villa was in a great location only a short walk from supermarkets and restaurants. It was well equipped and spacious. Think we were luck that the apartments next door were not occupied until out last night as the noise and disruption next door on our last evening wasn't great and could have spoilt the holiday

Beautiful outside space. The family really appreciated the salt water swimming pool. Plenty of bedroom space - ideal for a group of families. The kitchen is spacious and well maintained. We made good use of the BBQ. The location is ideal being a short walk to both the marina and the old village. Plenty of supermarkets in the area. We all had a wonderful week.

This villa is a lot bigger than expected, the pictures do not do it justice especially as the bathrooms have been renovated which it doesn't show. There is more than enough room for a big family or even two familys. Plenty of places to sit and dine, read a book or just sunbathe. We loved the pool which was heated and very big. The villa is in a spectacular area and close to all amenities. We stay in up to 6 villas a year and this is by far the best for comfort, value and space. Thank you so much we had a fantastic holiday in your home :)

This is our 2nd year in the villa and again it was equipped with everything we needed especially with the 10month old and 2year old. It's very safe around the pool which is why we chose in the first place. Also the improvements you've made are lovely you just need to update the photos on the website. A big thank you to Martin who arranges our pick ups to and from the airport with car seats for the little one.

We stayed with our two shih Tzus for a week, the property was much larger than expected, the photos do not do it justice. It is fabulous The pool area was perfect, immaculately clean BBQ , lots of places to eat , several tables and chairs ,lovely loungersand a mass of sun beds around the pool, all new and very stylish The glass screen that separated the pool from the terrace was brilliant, very safe for families with small children or in our case dogs The area it was located in was quiet yet you could walk to the marina and several shops & supermarkets The villa itself was huge and very well equipt The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing , brand new the bath off the master was enormous It is by far the best rental we have stayed in and we will not hesitate in booking again Thank you Amy for the ease of booking too...nothing was too much trouble

We stayed over Christmas with 12 family members aged 8 to mid 70's. The villa is very well-appointed and has everything you could need. It's a 7-8 minute walk down to the marina but that was fine, it's very easy. We used ubers to get to supermarkets, they were cheaper than renting a car. The local area is lovely and overall everyone had a great time. The host was very easy to deal with and Rui the onsite property manager very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The only feedback I have is the wifi was very poor and the international tv channels kept buffering all the time but then again it probably got overloaded with devices. In summary a great villa and would highly recommend.
