Smoking is not permitted indoors and noise is prohibited by law after 22:00. The ground floor living room has two large sofas that cannot be used as beds or as a sleeping room.



Transport to and from the airport or train station is available on request and for an extra fee. Babysitting service is also available on request and for an extra fee. Air conditioning is not available. Due to the high staircase, the property is not suitable for small children.



A security deposit is required, paid by bank transfer, which will be refunded if no damage is caused to the property.
