Nice villa in need of some improvements

Nice simple villa in quiet location, reasonably priced but in need of updating. Good layout inside, however there was no cupboard space in kitchen for groceries and the sink taps continually leaked. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Great outdoor space. Nice big pool but the compressor was VERY noisy - came on periodically during the day and stayed on for one and a half hours at a time. When it stopped it was very peaceful. Barbecue took ages to cook anything. Couldn't use outside shower as it caused flooding. Nice setting against the golf course. Good location, 30 mins walk to marina. A few improvements would make this villa more attractive.

Prachtige lokatie voor golfliefhebbers tussen golfbanen en leuk dorpje/haven. Kaal interieur met TL licht zonder enige sfeer. Slechte bedden en één kamer had een erge kelderlucht (er is geen verwarming) die ook met luchtverfrissers niet verdween. Eigenlijk niet geschikt voor gebruik buiten zomerseizoen. Daardoor max met 6 pers te gebruiken. Met wat investeringen een hoop potentie. Mooi zwembad (schoon), wel koud (oktober).
