Near the A11, at the gates of Le Mans and 10 minutes from the 24 Hours circuit.
The Louis gîte is a small cocoon with all the comforts and nicely decorated. For 2 or 4 people, in a green and peaceful setting. Fully equipped independent kitchen (oven, microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, washing machine, fridge, freezer section. Lounge area with flat screen and sofa bed 140 cm wide, very comfortable, separated by a library from the living room. The bedroom area has 1 double bed. Shower room with double washbasin and large walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Beds made on arrival.
Guest house on site with 2 guest rooms.
An indoor swimming pool (3.50x8m and 1.50m deep) unheated and shared with the owners and guests of the 2 guest rooms.
A play area for children (slide, swing, etc.)
A bowling green
And bicycles available.
