"Friendly and helpful staff, great location for the tram into LeMans centre and the race circuit. The only negatives were very hot rooms and the bathroom really needed a deep clean to get rid of black mould. The rest of the room was really clean and fresh."

"This was a lovely hotel to stay in overnight on our way South. The rooms were clean and comfortable with nice walk in showers and tea and coffee making facilities. Hotel staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. We ate in the restaurant and they were very accommodating to my GF daughter, adjusting the menu for her needs. The food was good. An added bonus was the lake which was a 2 minute walk and had a beach and swimming. There was also a beach bar and an ice cream parlour."

"I booked this room with two criteria, one of which was air conditioning. Though the property was advertised with aircondioning this had been turned off and wasn’t made available despite asking for it. I didn’t appreciate being tricked just so the hotel could save some electricity money "

"Just to make future guests aware the majority of rooms are in the old non-refurbished part of the hotel, not the refreshed images shown widely on Google and the booking sites. Our room and amenities would have been inline with a two star hotel. Tight floor plan, plain walls and hospital room vibe, hard unsupportive mattress, prickly bedsheets, air conditioning that was weak and made the room smell like a rubbish tip, one towel for two guests etc. Positives were that parking was secure and staff...
