Atendimento muito bom, como todos os hotéis da região é claro servem muito para turismo religioso e alguns hotéis como esse por exemplo recebe muitas excursões, grupos bem grandes de turistas religiosos. Afinal a localização dele é excelente bem perto do Santuário de Lourdes. Então não espere um café da manhã tranqüilo porque grupos grandes de pessoas estarão muito presentes. A menos que você peça seu café em serviço de quarto. As instalações são antigas achamos nosso quarto, como camas e móveis precisando de uma mudança mais clean! A iluminação do quarto é pouca. Mas o banheiro é no todo bom tamanho. O desagradável mesmo é Carpete! Carpete em quarto é sofrível nos dá pouca coragem de ficarmos descalços porque de qualquer forma existem manchas e marcas indeléveis. Essa "mudança" sim deveria ser prioritária. Higienicamente prioritária!!!!!!!! Café da manhã é razoável. Mas para passar uma noite para no dia seguinte visitar o Santuário está bom.

IL personale del ristorante in particolar modo la Signora Anna del ricevimento , sono stati professionali,gentili e molto disponibili.Le camere doppie con letti singoli sono ok.Invece le stanze matrimoniali sono piccole e poco curate. La pulizia dei pavimenti poco curata, i letti a una piazza e mezza non sono comodi per due persone. Le camere sono sprovviste di frigoriferi, e durante l'estate è una penitenza senza. Il personale parla bene la lingua italiana "sembra di essere in Italiano.
