Staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The property itself needs a little bit updating but then for a short stay it is not that bad. If there are issues they tried to fix things as soon as possible but if it does not work at all they will find ways to meet the customers satisfaction which is really great! I would highly recommend this Hotel Atrium because we were happy to stay here.

Friendly place. Air conditioning worked great but was very loud. Shower was good size, but the shower head was loose. A bit of a hike from the railway station. Nice walking distance to shops and cafes.

10 minutes to the Domain

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent. There was a lot of noise through the building from other guests. Excellent spot to stay with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants in all directions and a 10 minute walk to the Domain, could be a bit steep for less mobile people.

We liked the way we were warmly welcomed and taken care of by Alba and Tiago at the front desk. The beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom needs improvement in terms of additional places to put toiletries, etc. Also, the TV was not working. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay there.

This is a great location that is easily walkable to the Sanctuary in Lourdes and to the more "city-like" downtown area. The staff is quite hospitable and helpful. The brekfast was a good deal/price. The doors to the room and bathroom squeaked pretty loudly to a distracting level but otherwise the stay was great.

This hotel is a great option if you want to visit the sanctuary of Lourdes. Very close and easy to walk to. The room was clean and comfortable. The girl at the reception was excellent, great customer service and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. They made us feel as home. 100 recommended. I would stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Warm welcome on check in. Parking garage is a short distance away and we were shown to it. Castle View room was delightful - worth the small extra charge. Breakfast very good. Approximately 10 minutes walk to the Sanctuary. Nothing bad to say at all.

Good reasonably priced stay in Lourdes

Surprisingly good stay for the price. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom needed a bit of work but overall was good. The location (despite the graveyard!) was excellent for visiting Lourdes. If coming directly from the sanctuary, there are some steep steps and a slope to the property but it took minutes to get back to the hotel. We also walked to the bus stop (5mins) to catch the bus to Pic du Jer and it’s around 10-15mins walk from the station. A very good reasonably priced stay in Lourdes.
