Very clean and affordable hotel! My room was spacious too.

very friendly stuff and great hotel

This is a great Hotel in Lourdes. Big bathroom in case you have someone with special necessities. The people are very friendly and the location are superb!

Clean, excellent location, great breakfast.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. The desk clerk was particularly accommodating. The waiter at the restaurant was adequate but not more than that.

This place is great! The owner is VERY helpful and upon arrival will take a few minutes to show you where to go and what to do to make the most of your time in Lourdes. The rooms are all VERY clean and bright and they all have a nice balcony. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very typical for France; small but clean and functional. The location is absolutely great. It is right in the middle of all the shops and places to eat, and is only a 3 minute walk to the shrine. Every...

We enjoyed the stay. Our hosts displayed the professionalism we have come to expect from our stays while vacationing. Their continental breakfast were fresh and tasty. The rooms were clean as was the building. Merci

Needs to go to the Hospital for an emergency I have conjunctivitis and I can't see the Hotel personnel immediately called ER and taxi to bring us to ER. Staff were very helpful, accomodating, Courteous and most of all very respectful .

We had a wonderful stay. Anne Marie at the front desk was very helpful with everything from directions to places to eat, etc. We were right in the middle of everything, shopping, hike up to the Fort, the train station, etc. We went on to Barcelona by train from Lourdes They recommended the New Orleans Cafe next door. Good food and a fun atmosphere. The waiters are very entertaining and offer great service Definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Lourdes

The hotel had old world charm, and the location to the Grotto was excellent The staff was friendly and extremely helpful!

This hotel is no frills. Straight forward in how they charge you and the services they provide. I was happy with what I got considering the price I paid. The facilities are plain in design but clean. Elevators dated but works well. The main elevator is typical euro which they fit in a the stairs - can fit a 5-6 people at a time). There’s a bar at the lobby that serves drinks and snacks. There’s a dining room that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast was typical European meal with...

Service was great, room was great, food was great. All my family loved it
