"The hotel is smartly presented and in an excellent location for the Palace of Versailles (a 5min walk away). Their underground parking is tiny and cannot be reserved, so be prepared for some potential frustration on arrival if traveling by car.
When we checked in we had been put into a room we hadn’t booked (expected a balcony). The helpful staff showed us our original room once we questioned this; with the room we had been upgraded to being nicer, Nothing was mentioned at check-in-in, so this confusion could have been avoided, rather than a further 10mins of comparing rooms. The balconys don’t have any seating and don’t have a view - so don’t book them if you’re looking for an area to spend time in."
