"Great condo! Very clean. Great location."

"We stayed three nights and absolutely loved it. The first night there we saw a bobcat roaming around around the neighbor's home, which was so cool. We also had many elk, deer, and rabbits in our yard. There were 3 small snags, but overall, it was a perfect stay. The 3 snags: -The sliding screen doors are very finicky and easily jump off the track, so you have to fumble with it sometimes. -The blinds are also pretty old and will fall off with just the slightest touch. -When we tried watching...

"Location was awesome! Lots of pine trees, and across the street was a creek. It was a cozy home which provided most necessities, as well as a hot tub! The only thing missing were three chairs for the dining room. The room can hold up to six people, but there are only three dining chairs in the cottage. Check in was a little confusing because we couldn't find our cottage number, not realizing it was set behind another cottage. So we had to go to another location get information for that. But it...

"Great location for easy access to Fall River Entrance. Property suited our needs, hot tub and kitchen were nice. Beds were a little too soft and noise carried easily from the other units."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was incredibly clean, spacious, has great views, and is close to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. The only comment we have is that the pullout couch in the living room was missing springs in one corner. Overall, we would stay here again."

"Property is clean but dated. No air conditioning. Nice kitchen. We enjoyed our stay but it was noisy. We could hear the people next to us and above us. Our son slept on the pullout sofa and neighbors left their porch light on all night making it hard to sleep. Room darkening shades would solve this issue."
