"This place is great to stay for a very short period of time. We were there for softball and the biggest let down was it was advertised with a washer/dryer and it did not have one. I booked it for the location and for that reason instead of booking a hotel. We had to use a laundry mat close by, the laundry basket, which was clean and nearby but inconvenient for us to use between games. The house was clean but the beds are not comfortable. The location was great! It was 3 minutes from Barnes...

"Beautiful new house! Immaculate. Tastefully decorated. My family of four was very comfortable with the four bedrooms, large comfortable beds, and two full bathrooms. The home is so roomy and can easily accommodate eight. I also liked having a garage for our rental SUV. Easy access to I-25. I will definitely try to stay in Cozy Chasm Cottage again next time I'm in Loveland."

"This was a perfect home to spend quality time as a family. Kitchen/dining area was great for gathering for meals/games/ect. Nice quiet neighborhood and close enough to get to a variety of shopping and restaurants quickly. We were traveling with a pet and this yard and close by walking trails worked out nicely - great little dog park in the neighborhood."
