"This was a perfect home to spend quality time as a family. Kitchen/dining area was great for gathering for meals/games/ect. Nice quiet neighborhood and close enough to get to a variety of shopping and restaurants quickly. We were traveling with a pet and this yard and close by walking trails worked out nicely - great little dog park in the neighborhood."

"Beautiful new house! Immaculate. Tastefully decorated. My family of four was very comfortable with the four bedrooms, large comfortable beds, and two full bathrooms. The home is so roomy and can easily accommodate eight. I also liked having a garage for our rental SUV. Easy access to I-25. I will definitely try to stay in Cozy Chasm Cottage again next time I'm in Loveland."

"I loved this property, and so did my dogs. It's beautiful inside, view of Lake Loveland is spectacular, and dog walks at close by Benson Sculpture gardens are a must.The host was great to work with. I highly recommend this property."
