"Clean room, polite and friendly staff "

"While the architecture and room were certainly pleasing, the staff was less than helpful. I had issues getting clean linens, issues with staff not being able to locate packages that were delivered with their approval, and a couple staff that were downright rude. Its not the level of servhce I have come to expect from Omni, and certainly not at this price point. I was considering the property for a long'term stay in Juky, but will be seeking more appropriate alternatives after this visit."

"Cool boutique hotel in an older building, but new, modern rooms. Our room had an awesome exposed-brick wall, comfy king bed and pillows, and it was super clean. Great access to the harbor and an easy walk to the north end and Commons - just follow the Freedom Trail brick line. "

"The staff were very friendly, and the concierge was very helpful. Good location, close to attractions and not too far from the subway. The room was comfortable and a good size. "

We went in and out a couple times and each time was quick and staff were kind. Our room was clean. Housekeeping came by the second day kind of late (I was hoping they’d come in while we were out) but they still got us what we needed. "
