"Stylish and very clean rooms and property. Good location. We found the mattresses to be very comfortable (medium to firm feel). Pillows could be a little larger. Parking can be challenging as there is not enough guest parking available. Time limited street parking is available throughout a business day. At night/weekends no time limit. TV volume is set to be maxed out at 16 and people with light to severe hearing problems may have a problem hearing the TV. We did not try the hotel restaurant...

"What a lovely find! Visiting family in Julich and found this wonderful hotel via geographic search. The host is charming, extremely helpful and makes the most divine breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. Host took us to our room and set the A/C on cold because we are Americans from FL....he had vacationed in FL and knew we wanted it cold. "Ok hotel. Fair price. However the elevator was defective! So going from the underground garage to the 1st or even 3rd floor with luggage was a real issue.
I hope they fix this soon. There where also some repairs going on. Not the right place to relax. One night is survivable."
