Hotel staff super friendly and always smiling. Check in was very smooth despite late arrival. Hotel is near the center (rynek) literally walking distance from fountain (multimedialna fontanna) and all the shopping you desire (Millenium Hall-mall right next door to the hotel), restaurants and coffee shops, and sightseeing places (underground Reszow) . Dobry hotel, spełniający wymagania rodzin z dziećmi. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Są jednak drobne wady, jak na hotel przygotowany dla rodzin z dziećmi. 1) Brak windy do podnóża hotelu. Trzeba pokonać kilkadziesiąt schodów, a będąc z dziećmi w wózku iść dookoła drogą dla samochodów bez chodnika. 2) Jak na tak duży hotel, basen jest zdecydowanie za mały i nie ma brodzika dla dzieci.
