We had a great stay. The property was comfortable and a great place to relax. We didn't end up bringing the pet, so I wish that could have been refunded. Loved the view of the lake and it was a peaceful area. Wish it was a bit easier to get up and down to the lake. We would return again.
All in all, a great stay! The location is perfect to getting all over NWA, and the view is gorgeous. Even saw some deer in the morning! Good location for lots of family to have privacy and game room time.
We were looking for a space for our family of eight - and this was a great choice! Everyone got their own bed, and there was privacy for the upstairs and downstairs rooms, which was nice for our young adult children. Our teens stayed in the bunk room (which does need to share shower space with the primary bedroom). The location was peaceful, and once we got familiar with the area, a reasonable distance for day trips to Bentonville, Rogers, and Eureka Springs. The host was responsive as needs arose, and the expectations were clear.
We enjoyed our stay. The house was very accommodating-relaxing sitting outside, fun in the game room, and easy for our family to spend a day on beaver lake, go to SDC one day, and enjoy some local sites.
This lovely home was the perfect spot for our traditional Easter getaway! Our teens loved the amazing game room, and we all enjoyed the lake view! Had the weather been better, we would had the best time outside on the decks overlooking the lake! Definitely a place we would love to visit again! Host was so very attentive to our needs!
We stayed at Blue Haven while moving our daughter into U Ark. About 30 minutes outside of town. It was worth it to have a large house for the price of 2 hotel rooms. The beds are great! The AC works well. Home away from home.
Beautiful home with great space. Beds were comfortable. Deck was nice, some broken chairs need replaced. Nice area, quiet. Minor issue with a breaker that was fixed. Pans in kitchen are old and very small, would recommend more pan options as this house sleeps 12 but pans are very small when cooking for that many people. I would go back again! We enjoyed our stay!
This property was wonderful. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (only missing a pie pan, and that's a quick to solve issue) for our group inc. ice and water in fridge, had three bathrooms and plenty of hot water, Beds were very comfortable and the shared space, especially the game room in the converted garage was spectacular. And there were TVs everyplace inc 2 in game room. Location was quiet - if you make frequent trips for dinner etc., it is a few miles from grocery stores and restaurants and downtown Bentonville/Fayettville. 100% would stay again.
Im a very OCD person so the cleanliness of the house wasnt perfect... also some chairs and things were broken, just needs a few updates for sure. but the price and space was so perfect. We will definitely stay again. The beds were like clouds and theres so much to do in the house, you dont even have to go anywhere.
Great house for multi generational family gathering
House was clean, well stocked, and I loved the lay out for multiple couples. Main floor master bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom and an upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Older kids stayed out on the fold outs in the game room and had their own space. They had easy access through a door into the house for use of half bath o r master bathroom. Absolutely loved the fenced off small yard for our dog. The fence is only approximately 4 feet high but was nice to be able to let her out to potty without a leash. There is no access to the lake in July which was a huge bummer, the water was way to low to even get close, but the decks were quite nice to sit on in the evening.
We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The area was beautiful, peaceful, and had such a laid-back vibe—perfect for relaxing. The game room was a huge hit with everyone and provided hours of fun. The kitchen was also fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together.Overall, a great place to stay, and we would definitely come back!
Property was great, huge house, would need more separate beds.. lawn care was not that great.. new pots would make for better accommodations.. Couldn’t get into the game room until our final day there..
Was a good spot to spend time with friends and close enough to Fayetteville and Rogers to hop over for local things to do. Will rent again when back in that neck of the woods!
We had a great stay. Really great. Had one small issue with the fridge and the maintenance crew was right on it! We will definitely consider this one again and again!!
Overall everything was fine. We were frustrated with the frig, even after it was serviced it kept throwing ice in the floor making a fall hazard. The keurig had to have the top held down to make a cup of coffee. Personal preference of a harder mattress made for uncomfortable nights. Overall we found the house satisfactory.
.Good location. Seemed clean. Found long black hairs in the main shower. In the description, thought we would be able to walk down easier to fish. Challenging walk. Definitely not for anyone over 60. The linens should be available in the bathrooms, dish towels and dish cloths in the kitchen. There was one wash cloth in main bathroom and 1 dish towel and 1 sponge in the kitchen. The company brought the appropriate among of kitchen cloths the next evening. We appreciated the attentiveness. Need more silverware and a few more dishes and one large skillet to use. My recommendation is management do a walk through before guests come. Overall stay was okay.
This property would be amazing with a few upgrades and some additional attention to cleanliness. I loved the peaceful location, and the beds were all super comfortable. There were also plenty of sheets and towels in case we needed them. The host communication was prompt with any questions. Being 15 minutes or so from any restaurants, it was good to have a kitchen that is pretty well stocked with utensils and pans and plenty of plates, even ones for kids. We did find that there was some attention to detail missing in property cleaning. I found hairs on the half bathroom toilet, and the extra blankets in the basement smelled pretty bad. The host offered to have someone come clean the bathroom, which was nice. And I threw the blankets in the washing machine and took care of that issue. The outside deck is a lot more worn than it looks in the picture and the cushions on the furniture have some mildew on them. There is also a dead stump from a tree that was growing on the deck and that should probably be cut down. The fire pit area was full of weeds. I would also recommend not walking on the ground next to the deck. There are several lumber scraps and my 3 year old son also almost stepped on a rusty screw sticking out of one. It was raining a lot of our trip so we did not get to use the deck anyway. But in nicer weather I would have wanted to clean off the cushions and sit out there. It was beautiful. None of these concerns couldn't be fixed with a little upkeep. Overall good
