The hotel is very charming and clean. Lowell is a cute tiny and the locals are very nice. Service was great at hotel and nearby restaurant. Only downside of the hotel room was no thermostat to control individual room temp so it was a little chilly but not unbearable.

Liked the availability of food, both meals and snacks, lobby decor, popcorn!

It was great! Was able to use my debit card which must hotels don’t allow and I do not have a credit card. The only negative was the drinks were a little more than I’d like to pay.

Honestly we checked in about 4:30 and the front desk was worried, our room wasn’t ready they only had 2 housekeeping staff and told me they didn’t know when we would be able to get in our room. They were very apologetic and upgraded our room to a king suite so we could get in right away. Very professional and eager to make it right. Prior to booking I called to clarify the shuttle issue that I had read in the reviews. Spoke w Sam, who was pleasant and assured me the issue had been fixed. Upon checking in I met Sam who was amazing w a quick checkin, upper floor room request and several suggestions on where to eat and more importantly where to have my car tire looked at. This brand new hotel was very nice with a beautiful lobby. Our queen suite was spacious with great amenities. The front desk staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Nice place to stay. You won’t get a super big welcome. However they are nice enough and due there best with what they’ve been given. I would stay again for sure.

I had stayed here previously and absolutely loved the Jacuzzi..I was so sad to see it had been removed :( but my stay was great!! All of the staff were very friendly! Hotel was SUPER CLEAN!

Out of all the hotel's i have stayed, this hotel is by far the best. Very clean, quiet, beds are comfortable and there is a lot of stuff near by. We had a suite and were able to cook, the room comes with cooking utensils and dishes. This hotel is certainly worth every penny. Wish the pool was open but due to the virus they had to close the pool. Will be returning to this hotel. 10 stars from my family and i
