"We had a lovely stay at a&o Berlin Mitte. The hostel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and always happy to help with any questions.
The only downside was the noise throughout the night. We were woken up several times by groups of young people running through the corridors and banging/slamming into our bedroom doors. I appreciate that this isn’t necessarily the hostel’s fault, but it did make it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, we had a good stay and were happy with the cleanliness and service. Just a shame about the nighttime noise, as otherwise everything was great!"
