"Great stay for the price, especially compared with other VRBOs in the area. Convenient parking, a full kitchen, large tub and shower, and spacious king-size bed were all big positives. The bed is on the softer side, but that’s personal preference. Plus two TVs was nice for downtime.The only thing keeping this from five stars was the cleanliness. It wasn’t bad, but the floors could use a good mopping and the hand soaps were very watered down.One thing to be aware of: the listing advertises being about just short of 5 miles from the LakePoint Sports Complex, but GPS directions were closer to 9 miles and about a 17–20 minute drive depending on traffic.Otherwise, there wasn’t much to complain about. The host was easy to work with, checkout was incredibly simple, and overall it was a great value. 8/10."
