"The staff is very friendly. We arrived early in a rainy day. Luckily the staff allowed us to check in early. The hot spa is excellent. One minus is the TV connection is not very stable. It probably may be affected by the stormy weather! "

"Im afraid to leave an excellent review. Every time i leave one for a hotel, the next time i want to book a room, it's more than doubled in price and i have to look elsewhere. But I'll be honest, I'm already thinking about when i can plan another visit. The location is Perfect! The gentleman at the front desk was Amazing. The room and amenities were wonderful. "We are so glad we chose The Bergson for our stay in Calistoga, so near the action of the hot springs and restaurants. The establishment is a quaint country inn, thoroughly modernized and comfortable. We felt away from it all in our private room. The staff even heated up our space ahead of our arrival so that when we came in out of the rain, we felt welcome. And they delivered our chosen breakfast to our door in the morning! "Love this place and stay here whenever in town to visit friends (if there's a room available; in summer it's almost always full!) Friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms, right on the lake, with a swimming pool and kayaks for the lake. Reminds me of a New England style camp I saw in the movies.
