"I honestly struggle a little to understand the extremely high rating this B&B has. Don’t get me wrong, the rooms are very private and spacious, and I personally love older properties with character. To me, that’s less about the age of the building and more about general upkeep. The ladies at the property were absolutely...

"great place to stay and play golf plus visit the local sights like Wiseman ferry"

"Unfortunately found a few black hairs in the shower and one in my bed"

"Very clean and quiet place to spend private time in. I checked in pretty late, but the staff was so helpful in assisting my check inn and offered me a a good size bedroom. Am just so grateful and will stay there again."

"It is old and doesn’t match with the photos Towels are super old and not dare to use. The door lock fallen out before I moved in. Bed is ok and just the whole room below my standard."

"Incredibly peaceful property and surroundings, giving an immersive experience with nature. The hosts are so lovely - they gave helpful instructions in the lead up to the stay. "Building was dated, but it was clean and tidy. Reception was pleasant. Good experience overall."

"Rooms were a good size and had everything we needed ❤️ Hotel was within walking distance of the local metro station and rouse hill town centre The fiddlers restaurant on site is a good idea for people wanting a meal However having a local shop or bar in the hotel would be great But all in all had a fantastic 6 nights there , was able to get into Sydney and back with no problems Highly recommended"

"Friendly staff"

"Nice place, it’s actually one room in a large house. Toilet and shower are shared between a couple of rooms, it’s ambiguous in the room description. Still a decent price for the area. "

"The only issue was the neighbouring residents bordering the property (I don’t know which neighbour) had a dog that barked nonstop into the night and I’m not complaining about the dog, I’m complaining about the dog’s human who didn’t seem to be attending to the dog’s needs. I worried that the poor dog was being neglected."

"Everything was great, except for shower facilities. Need repairs an work. Other than that perfect great food, staff"
